HeartMath is science-based coaching to take charge of life. It is proven to reduce stress and anxiety by increasing inner balance and self-security.
Coaching topics will be tailored to the individual and the organisation and can include working around a specific life or work challenge the coachee is experiencing; finding life purpose; reflecting and improving on health & wellbeing and exploring relationships.
